Please l would like to know this. Should l say my name and the title as l write my speech. Title of the speech?
You can but it's not necessary. Remember to check the character you've been asked to write as carefully - it's usually not the main character and could sometimes be someone not in the text at all, e.g. a local journalist, a boss, an employee. In that case, you wouldn't know their name.
