Fat Chick 2 Oh She FIT yes I’ve made some of these cakes, not as tall though. also, I’m vegan so I make everything vegan just by swapping out the butter for vegan butter and use cider vinegar instead of eggs and it comes out the same. Also, I use Aquafaba reduced for the macarons. They come out great!

Funny but I have his book and have only tried his macarons...came out great 👍🏻 I still have to try his beautiful cakes 🍰
