I love these lines, "Karamihan sa atin, kapag hindi nagkatuluyan yung dalawang tao iniisip natin, that is the definition of failed relationship. But we often forget that people enter into dating to see whether or not, this is the person they wanna spend the rest of their life with. Just because two people didn't end up together, it doesn't mean that it is a failed relationship. We can also choose to see it in a way that, "Wow, I got the privilege of knowing and loving and learning from the person even though it was just for a short time."

I love how eloquent Moira is. Everything that comes out of her mouth sounds like poetry. But let's be real, just because nahihirapan kang magpatawad, magpaalam, magpalaya o magpaubaya eh may mali na sayo. We're not a cardboard cut out of each other. And sometimes regardless of how much you wanted to let go of the pain and the bitterness, you're just wasn't ready to do it. Not ready now, or even ever. You can't force peace. What you can control though is how you handle the pain. It's okay kung hindi ka pa ready magpatawad, it's okay kung hindi mo pa kaya magptawad, it's okay kung nasasaktan kang magpaubaya. It's even okay kung hindi maging ready ever. It's your life. Sometimes the best lessons come from just feeling all the feelings. The good, the bad and the ugly. It's okay if you can't see/choose the positive in a negative situation yet. Your feelings are valid. Value your peace, even if the peace means turning your back on the things that hurt you. Just. Like. That. Don't let anything or anyone bully you into having a "closure" because not being happy together is already a closure in itself. No reason to stay is good enough reason to go. Idc what others say or think, growth and maturity sometimes bloom from the darkest grittiest situations. Don't let beautifully contructed words define what you should or should not do. Heal on your own pace. Heal on your own way. Normalize not being okay with people/situation that aren't okay to you. End the relationship. Cut the connection. For fucks sake not every rain needs a rainbow after, sometimes you just have to learn and thrive through the gloom. Damn i sound bitter. Lol

If I didn't hear this song probably were still be in pain, its an eye opener for me. Thank you ate moira for a creating and making a beautiful songs with such a wonderful and Godly purpose .

Best learning from Patawad album of Moira : I can still honor the Lord in my season of brokenness. God validates even the negative emotion we feel. I grew up believing that being broken is unpleasant to the Lord but it isn't. God wants to journey with me, I do not need to wait for the light at the end of the tunnel because the Light is already beside me. I thank God for your life Ms Moira.

I guess this video is more than effective and touching because the characters who are portraying the roles are real couple who ended up parting ways who needs freedom and forgiveness which is the main and exact meaning of this song. They are so perfect in this music video. You can definitely feel all those smiles and laughters, the tears and everything because even if we know that they were just shooting this for a music video, we all know that somehow those feelings are all true. I love everyhting about this song and this video. Moira is so sensational and deep. Galing!

Waiting season is not a wasting season. Pag nagpatawad ka mabibigyan ka ng peace of mind and you'll free yourself from pain and anger. I love my kids more than myself kaya ngpatawad ako ..Paubaya means let go and let God..nakakaiyak yung kanta so touching, ganda sobra. When I first heard the song, I fell in love with it in an instant. I knew then that this is something that will enlighten one's hurt heart and stress mind again.
I cried every time I played it and feel sorry for the person who is making "paubaya" letting go of the love of their lives but at the same time give them big respect for doing such action.
Letting go is an act of great love not for others but for yourself.

Joshua and Julia, they're both deserving in that so called "genuine happiness and love", kung hindi man nila matagpuan o natagpuan yun sa isa't isa we shoud still be happy for them let's respect their decision because they deserved to, they're so great together and also individually.❤️

Just because two people didn't end up together, doesn't mean it was a failed relationship. We can also choose in a way that, 'wow I got a privilege of knowing and loving and learning from this person even if it was just for a short time.' We can always choose gratitude over bitterness. We can choose joy over pain. We can choose freedom over guilt. We can choose love and forgiveness. " -Moira de la Torre

Can I just say how understanding and comforting Moira’s words are. It’s on point, direct and true but it gives us hope, it keeps us going. Always let every heartbreak or downfalls to rise back again and start a new chapter. Everyday is a new chapter. It has different genres in it. In the end, the thing that matters is your own happiness and you’ve made it through. Ate Moira, thank you for all the music you have made and thank you for giving me hope in times that I was in dark days.

For new leaves to be able to grow, old leaves must fall.
In order for us to find something that will last, we need to learn how to wait and not rush anything.
Only God can make the broken things beautiful again.
Thank you Moi ❤️ You opened my eyes that I was in a wrong relationship when I watched your story in MMK before. That's when the magic happened. Thanks for being with me throughout my journey, from pain to joy.
I know my Isaac would wait for me, I just need to let go of the old leaves so that new leaves could grow. This time I know it will be worth it and it would last. Keep inspiring! God bless you and your husband 🙏

Kagagaling ko lang sa break up... Wala pang one month. Then nung napanood ko to.. tumatak sa isip ko yung sinabi ni ate Moi. "I'm choosing gratitude over bitterness" and I will .. parte sya ng happy memories ko sa loob ng halos one year. Kaya kung mabasa mo man to . Sobrang madaming salamat sa magandang ala-ala. Hindi ako galit, hindi na ako galit.. papalayain na kita , pero yung good memories natin I'll keep it. Madaming salamat sayo.

“Karamihan sa’tin, kapag hindi nagkatuluyan yung dalawang tao, iniisip natin- ‘That is a definition of a failed relationship.’ But, we often forget that people enter into dating to see whether or not this is the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with.
Just because two people didn’t end up together, doesn’t mean it was a failed relationship. We can also choose to see it, in a way that, ‘Wow, I’ve got the privilege of knowing, and loving, and learning from this person, even if it was just for a short time.’

Just because you’re not gonna continue that in the seasons to come, it doesn’t mean that it was a failed one.
From here on, I will choose to remember the good times, because you are still worth that.”
IYAAAK. Yes, I will hold and cherish our good memories. I will never forget what we had as I’ve learned so much from our past, and I’m just thankful of letting you be a part of my life and you letting me be a part of your life- even if it was just for a short period.
