This piece has always been one of my favourite live juggling acts! How the group interacts with you and your boxes, the whole storytelling in general, it just works great. And I also like how you made small changes with the music and tweaked it to your signature style at the end. Would have loved seeing it live :-) Cheers!
7 Fingers magic! But even back at school I always enjoyed collaborating and using group images to level up a solo skill. Pretty much how I do all my acts when I can.
@@abyssaljuggler wow good question. The whole show was about a 4 month creation. Quite a few weeks with an hour or two a few times a week exploring through improvisation- how can I take boxes off people or they can give me boxes acrobatically, what choreographies look good if people imitate them etc, making the group tight section and rehearsing it, etc. Plus making the sections that the group does in the background while I’m juggling etc. It was a lot. But worth it!
@@abyssaljuggler yea they do a great job to get funding/ invest in their shows so that the quality is good and it tours for a long time. We played this show for three years but they played Traces for 10+ I think with different casts
Saw this in London in 2014 and it's stayed with me ever since, just amazing live theatre. Bravo!! Are you coming back to London anytime soon? Would love to see one of your shows again? Thx
Superrrrrrrr🥇
My favorite act!
Such a beautiful act!

@@EricBates awesome! Can I ask how many hours of rehearsal went into this act?
