I was able to beat the game on standard with S rank and I’m glad! I suck at games so I usually play the easiest mode possible. Watching your videos game me confidence to try to make my way up to hardcore and so on : )

Killer vid Carci! I'm looking forward to seeing just how quickly this game can be done as you make the runs more and more efficient! Also, just as a side note there were some mild screentearing issues in the video for me. Nothing too distracting but noticeable at times.
I know this is a 4 year old video, but this seriously helped me a TON while trying to S Rank Hardcore. I also didn't really wanna go through Standard mode JUST to do the Boxless and Hitless runs either. So thank you!

Don't know why the put it in the middle of the game, seems kind of wasted, but I like all the rest, so I guess is fine
I feel like they remembered the line at the last moment and just chucked it wherever. Really wish they left it at the end where it, honestly, would've been pretty damn hype.
These videos make sleeping so much easier. Not saying that your gameplay and commentary is boring, but its just not overly loud and progresses at a smooth pace so my sleep isn't interupted.

At 1:28:38 you check this zombie after he does the arm stretch animation. Zombies never wake up after doing their final death arm-stretch animation. At least I've never seen it happen.

Loved the original, the encounters with nemesis were scary and that ominous music when he chased you was even scarier. Remake really left the tension out.
My only real issue with the game is that nemesis only has those 4 supply drops which don't include parts to create entirely new weapons. Like the western shotgun. I was positive that was all gonna be in there. Nope. Sucks.
I find the commentary helps explain what Carci is doing and why. But that’s just me . Going to watch this and try to S rank hardcore. I got a C my first time.
Man, you just straight up shot Nicholai in the dick in that last part. Don't blame you though, this remake really nailed portaying his cold-blooded nature. I am yet to start my Hardcore playthrough, but watching this will definetly help me pull through it for an S rank (after a practice run or two, of course). Also, I agree with what you say about criticising games. I find it hard to just shit all over something, I'm always more of an optimist. And while this remake does have its issues, I'm still having a lot of fun with it right now as I work through the difficulties.

I mean the grenades for nemmy are to just get items quickly. But for mostly everything else, probably.
I use those to run. I havnt picked up an item from Nemesis since Hardcore through Inferno.

I think all "cheat" items from store are only available once you can get them in the box. So No Box = No Store Items, so people know it.
The only exceptions are the bonus fees fanny packs

For the hunter that jumps through the window after you find Bard's corpse. You can just run back into the room and the hunter will despawn.
