    I like that you are promoting individual comfortable posture and not something which makes the body or especially back tensed as other recommendations I have come across. Wonderful and helpful.

    Some great tips there. I usually end up clenching my jaws, so practice touching the roof of mouth behind the teeth is a great tip. Thanks for the guidance.

    hey, great advice.
    One doubt, you mentioned that everything should be aligned so when I'm sitting again a wall should my lower back, upper back and the back of my head all touch the wall?
    my head naturally comes a lil forward.

    good points. why can't I sit in a staright backed chair, with a straight back, My knees hurt too much on floor. is there anything wrong with chair?Aaah just heard the rest. what's the negative of a chair ? some say it blocks the charkras...?thanks
