I've Played Both SSX Tricky And SSX 3. But, SSX 3, I still enjoy that game to this day. I even played it During My One Year From 2007-2008 when Owning The O.G. Xbox And Now, I still playing it on The Xbox Series S and The Game Still looks good in Modern Day Standards for a Game Being Released Back in 2003 and Still looking good for 2024! But, That Game Aged like Fine Wine to me! But, Great Video RedberylFTW, And, This Comment is Finished!🙂😎😎
The quality of your videos are on par with bigger youtubers who do retro reviews imo. Some quality stuff and quality research. Keep it up and you will be there soon.
I don't comment often, but that comparison between interests and perfect numbers was simply beautiful. Your videos have always been excellent though I'll admit I did not expect something so profound while browsing my RUclips subscriptions. Keep up the outstanding work!
I'd like to see a QnA. I noticed nobody else has mentioned it in the comments, but I imagine that's probably because you asked at the start of the video, instead of near the end rather than people not wanting one 👌
I've never played the original or 3 (though I still wanna play 3 someday) but have played Tricky and On Tour on Gamecube, have fond memories of both, Tricky was my 1st one, to this day I love the personality of the game, like even the graphics and game asthetic has a unique personality I like And I see the game series has more of a link to the ol' WCW and pro wrestling as a whole than I thought lol, I recently found out that at least in the original (dunno about Tricky) for Merqury City the announcer is former WCW and WWE on screen talent "Mean" Gene Okerlund reprising his role from Sled Storm on PS2, then Tricky adds to the link by having the voice actors of Eddie and Luther working together again after they did so in the WCW backed movie Ready 2 Rumble (David Arquette and Olvier Platt) and lastly, YES do the Q&A!!!
Give Transworld snowboarding on the OG Xbox a shot. Loved playing that game growing up. Fav snowboarding game behind Shaun Palmer’s Pro Snowboarder. Also as a snowboarder, I like metal while I’m shredding so the early SSX soundtracks weren’t my personal jam. Born of Osiris, After The Burial, and Veil of Maya are my playlist staples 🤘
i have a question already, what is the game your playing in the intro? :o Also, for the QA, if you ever decide to do it... "what is the Most underrated game you ever played?... BUT are convinced that a Remake of it today would still be a BANGER and probably sell decently!"
I think I have only played one arcade racing/sports game from the last 10 years that really ty having fun and it's Trail Out. You could say it was a straight continuation from flat Out 2 from 2005 and 15 years later just with better physx and stuff. But bushfires and running rhinos in the track,,I just love plain simple fun.
If you like arcade games Trail Out is a new game that is pretty much like Flat Out. they can still do it! :) I'm gonna play through SSX1 and Burnout 5 and six since I played all the other and they are probably my favorite game series
I'll give Tricky and 3 a try. They seem like great snowboarding games. I have copies of Coolboarders 2 & 3, and 1080° Snowboarding, and what I played was alright.
I tried finding a game like this on the PS5 for our kids...seems like its either simulation or like chibi phone games. I miss this genre of accessible sports games. Seems like a big void these days.
whats the intro game ? btw : do you meant sled storm ? freekstyle is a motocross game ... was confused for a moment . my introduction to ssx is similar to yours, played on tour at a friend and my dad got me the ''wrong'' game later , which was ssx3... im glad it went this way because its by far the best in the series imo followed by tricky , on tour actually sucks.. slowmo ''monster'' tricks are annoying af and the graphics were a huge downstep from ssx3
The intro game is Suicide Squad Special Ops. I mentioned both SledStorm and Freekstyle in this video for different reasons. They're both EA Sports BIG published games.
ssx on tour is one of my favorite games from my childhood. felt so good to just throw down insane combos all day.

The ICP song caught me off guard. Not often I encounter someone else who listens to them. so I appreciate the inclusion in the video.
Cant Lie The third game was amazing. The game has such a core memory in my mind
Honestly never realized you only had 2k subs. Feels like a channel that should have 100k+ easily. Stoked to see how you progress in the future!
Thank you 🍻

Wham bam suga wuga jam, South West voodoos in the house!
The flow state feeling you get when going for the platinum medal times in SSX3 is chef's kiss.

Q&A sounds nice as long as you're playing something on the background imo
Was thinking THPS 1+2 single session runs 👀

The difficulty spike in the third game drives my completionist brain nuts, which was my only gripe with it. I also think it's the best one.
i’ve been a silent supporter for awhile. i love your vids mane! thank you for another banger
I appreciate that 🍻
I was fiending for this thanks

I've been waiting for this. 🙂
I love how the music is like how Guitar Hero was. I just noticed that a few months ago.
Red , you’re the future Bro💪 You’ll have 1 mil followers this year or next! 👏

I'll add that to the list for sure. Cool insight on the music 🍻

The game in the intro is Suicide Squad Special Ops. I'm not sure where I got it, but I think it was some kind of promo for the movie.
Another example on why old games are better than all this realism looking games👍🏾
SSX On Tour: “You didn’t name drop me” 😢

I wanna see you do a kick flip irl
Finally warming up outside so that may happen pretty soon
Will you do Blur, on Tour, and 2012 as well?
Yeah, I'll do all of those together

Good suggestion, I'll have to give it a look 🍻

I need to get to coolboarders soon. I played those before SSX when I was a kid
ssx3 is srsly one of the best games ever made... i still play it from time to time, it just FEELS nice
@@RedBerylFTWi own a copy of cool boarders 2. It was my fave as a kid. Extremely clunky
Shaun white snowboarding next ?
Is the background music ICP?
Yeah during a part of it, link to the specific song is in the description
😊It just caught me off guard! That was a great video man! Great to see SSX is still on other peoples minds as well.

The only modern accessible sports game I can think of is THPS 1+2. Not the most amazing variety :/
I would love to see you do the 1080 duology games
I had no idea there was a sequel :0
@@RedBerylFTW there is its called 1080 avalanche its super underrated
👍🔥
good vid, On Tour was the GOAT tho
🍻
i respect your opinion, but ssx3 is my goat
@@furious444 SSX On Tour was basically my whole childhood, i’ll admit i’m biased

@@RedBerylFTW u were talking about reallife riders and said freekstyle but proceeded to say snowmobile, the wording is kinda confusing, just a headsup
Do you ever worry youll run out of extreme sports games to review?
Sure, at some point. But there are over 200,000 commercial games, so I'm never worried about running out of games in general.
Who else cringed everytime he sent it off a berm
I can't tell if you're joking or not lmao
No ssx on tour even though I hated that game compared to 3
This xxs 2 and 3 is better than part 1 this is awesome game but to me xxs on tour is 10x better than part 2 so can you next xxs game in on tour.
Yeah I've got to do that one, Blur for the wii, and the reboot for Xbox 360
@@RedBerylFTW
Awesome idea great job keep up the amazing work.
