I really like the style of this video! Supermarkets are one of my favorite things to explore in other countries. You're always bound to find something different and interesting.

Bat-tambang with the well-known bat-caves. Cheers from Khmer in Minnesota!

Some of the products were not in Khmer (someone mentioned already). The whitening obsession products are crazy. I would have thought the Snow White was candy. I found the blow fish hilarious.

The bleaching isle is actually a terribly sad statement on the state of affairs in this world, and the products can be quite damaging to the health of those that use them.

Cambodia and Kampuchea are the same word, but Kampuchea is Khmer word written in English. (I'm Cambodian btw)

The khmer language you thought it is, it is not khmer. It is Thai. Almost all products are imported from Thailand.

Traveling Bee It can be easily mixed up because the language, Thai “branches” from Old Khmer and the writing looks pretty similar, so similar that some people that can read Khmer can read a little bit of Thai. The Sam goes for the Lao language.
