I think that the row instructions should include "Skip 1" when you're clearly showing that there's a stitch (SC) and chain (Ch) but you indicate with the hook that there's a stitch that's missed before working the next stitch two stitches away from the previously worked stitch

Thank you for your suggestion. In the written instructions of the video, I mention the names of the stitches to make it easier to follow. Since it's a video I don't write about skipping stitches because it's clearly visible in the tutorial, anyone who follows it can clearly see that I am doing it. However, if you download the written patterns, you'll find a detailed description of the work, including skipping stitches.
