For her to speak on this is very counter-culture, but this shows that she knows how to intelligently use comedy to deliver deep messages. Never mind all the charity work she does and the thing about employing women that were locked of for marijuana charges is BRILLIANT even though I don’t believe in smoking/using weed.

Especially because you know what compromising your body in particular feels like. If you decide to date during this time that means dating someone with the same intentions of celibacy(hard to come by but possible). Honestly you want the one not anyone is my guess. So it may take time but it’s worth protecting your temple and sanity. Wishing you the best.

Omg! Tiffany Haddish is a feel good time! I love her regiment, eat 2x a day, drink lots of water, no alcohol and back on that weed! Haha And it probably would help hot flashes 😅
I don't know if eating 2X a day is a thing but I know it helps me a lot, trying to digest food after certain time of day increases my pain, also the the 2L of water a day, no alcohol (not a drop ever) I don't smoke weed or anything though. My water intake increases when I put the humidifier and space heater on too.
