[TAS] 5-4 100% Prop/Penguin comparison

Penguin is saving 8 frames over Propeller. Pretty sweet. The sad part is it's only faster because of faster loading times, it actually lost 2f using igt as the comparison. Prop can probably be improved by a frame in the final room using rapid backward slides too. But as for now it looks like penguin is in the hundo TAS :)

Yep! I'm working on it with Qr1pt1k and Squahh_1. No idea when it will be done though because it's such a long category. Squashh and I are also playing around with 4 player stuff, so maybe we'll do a multiplayer any% tas first 👀
