Do you have a video for using a likert scale and using SPSs for a chi square test
Thank you for this video. It is very useful in understanding how to analyze Likert scales. I have two questions: (1) How can we analyze if our Likert scale uses different level of points, for example, some questions with 7-point scales and others 5 point scales? (2) What if still others are Yes/No/Don't know questions? Can we assign 2 for Yes, 1 for No and 0 for Don't know? Thank you in advance for your kind support in replying to these questions.
