Hahaha - that's a serious statement! I feel ya, banh xeo has this multiple layers of textures that is so satisfying. Do you usually cook them yourself or buy them at a fav spot?
yay! It's sweetened nuoc mam (Vietnamese fish sauce www.hungryhuy.com/vietnamese-dipping-fish-sauce-recipe-nuoc-cham-nuoc-mam-cham/). Are you going to try it ?
@@mtlfoodsnob yeaay thank you for the recipe~~ already try but my father make it with moooore veggie =_= and we had thai sauce as the dipping sauce, we'll try with the nuoc mam since we get the recipe ^_^ would you try some Vietnamese snack or salad or soup maybe?
ooh yeah that looks good! I've never made these, will have to try this week. I don't have shrimp but I guess I'll just use more pork belly and then throw in some dried baby shrimps or something? :)
ohh that sounds like an excellent idea! You can basically stuff the banh xeo with any of your favourite protein. Let me know how the dried baby shrimps turn out :)

Très professionnelle An. La portion est très généreuse, assez pour un repas complet ?
Merci beaucoup! Il faut au moins 2 à 3 banh xeo pour être bien rassassié
