For Hack#1 (Double Tap) I had a similar issue although not exactly.. I was getting inconsistent results when I've pressed the FCB buttons that I've assigned to stomp box pedals, meaning the stomp box would turn on and off immediately, like if Amplitube was picking both value signals (min=0% and max=100%) simultaneously.
I figured out a workaround for this with the cost of available FCB buttons and consequently stomp box pedals that you can use.
I've setup 1 FCB button to turn ON and other FCB button to turn OFF the same stomp box. In the settings menu (Control->Control Change-> preset), I add the same stomp box 2x and for the first one, click learn with 1 button and set the Min=0% and MAX=NA and for the duplicated stomp box hit learn with a different button and set Min=NA and MAX=100%. I'm now able to turn ON and OFF the stomp box with no issues.. It's not the ideal solution, but it works for me.. I usually don't have more than 3 stomp box at the same time..
I still wish to try to figure this one out, if you have any tip or any advise it would be great.
Thanks! Love your content, keep it coming!

Is there a tutorial for bass recording? Any video I`ve looked into so far was about guitar amp and effects settings. What I am desperately looking for is how to record my bass over a backing track. How do I import the backing track, how do I adjust bass settings, how do I record, how do I play the whole thing with the recorded bass, how do I export with and without backing track.

Hello @Navi Broad, Thanks for your question. Amplitube has a collection of bass amp sims that may suit your needs. As for backing tracks use this video as a start. ruclips.net/video/sV8rvFkPmiI/видео.html just use your bass amp.
