To me this watch was a good surprise. I have to start by saying: it is an excellent buy, because I genuinely love how it looks on your wrist. Though I see the argument or narrowness resulting from longer lugs, ultimately this is a medium sized watch that wears large. It'll have something to do with the masculinity you refer to, and with which I'd tend to agree (not that any lady should be put off by that...) as well as the heft that results from the slightly taller thickness than would be ideal, resulting from the more affordable movement choice. Indeed, taking that into account the watch is an unattractive value proposition for European (and other non US) customers, and that's a pity. I think the long lugs, thickness, and male behaviour of the female endlink would almost certainly make this watch too large for me. But the design and execution you have demonstrated here I like far more than I perhaps thought that I would!

Thank you, Benjamin! I agree it's a match made in heaven for my wrist, but it might overpower an articulation thinner than 17 cm. Meanwhile I have to confess I'm somewhat over the salmon "craze"and I wish this was the white dialled watch.

@themicrobrandexpert @themicrobrandexpert if you feel that it fits with your collection, I'd keep it. I think it is a beautiful copper dial, not particularly pinkish salmon to my eyes. Salmon dials really do draw me in on screen. I own only one. It's objectively very very good and I like it a lot. But if there is one main criticism I have on that watch, totally down to my personal situation, I sometimes feel that the dial colour isn't the best with my skin complexion. Of course, no one else would notice this and it remains the only watch someone spontaneously complimented me on. I just love the L.U.C. Chopard, if I could ever afford or justify it. There is certainly a lot of beauty in salmon, and this, for you, in my view, is a great one.
