The only ability Itachi has been shown to master during this time is the Tsukoyomi, so I guess it depends, if Itachi can get him like that. My personal opinion is that Fugaku would most likely escape, cuz he has a long experience, he's the head of the Clan. Plus Sasuke's Three tomoe sharingan was able to escape Tsukoyomi and as I said Fugaku has a lot of experience. I think Fugaku wins, but if u don't agree I see where you're coming from....

Itachi and kakashi both r GOAT according to me. They both chose their own destiny in different ways. The only common thing was that didn't let them loose their hope was sasuke for Itachi and friends for Kakashi.
