Anybody know why they always have the doubling (or whatever) on her voice in the albums? I can't stand that effect but her voice is AMAZING when it's not processed like that.
@NathanielDoherty doubling is pretty common to make the vocals sound fuller, every producer does it. She also does her own backing vocals to harmonize with her lead vocals, is that what you're referring to? Anyway, the woman is a machine.

Check out Deep Vally. Two girls. Badass dirty guitar blues rock. And the dead weather, which is a side project for jack white but great band. This band is fiucking amazing. I mean fucking unbelievably amazing.

Mlny is the best vocalist in rock right now. Up there with luminaries like Johnette Napolitano and Chris Cornell before his voice blew out.
