Dudhsagar scam
This video is about a life threatening experience we had during our visit to Dudhsagar. We were cheated by a local tourist guide named Krishna and his team. Everyone including railway personnels / police etc. were part of this spam.
These people not only cheated the four of us, but a huge lot of at least 50 other tourists. We don’t even have a clue as to how many of them returned with us that night. I later found out that this is something that happens on a daily basis for years now and am really shocked to see no much information about it being put out on the internet. There have been deaths happening around the trekking paths and it’s so scary to see how confidently all these people carry out illegal tourism with all the support they require from the relevant officials.
India is so rich in magnificent and stunning spots that can attract tonnes of tourists around the world. It is people and systems like these who ruin the entire tourism industry.
I am putting this out here so that anybody who is watching this can share it with people they care for and create awareness about this crime. I am sure many of you all would have faced similar experiences too. If yes, please do put it out on the comment box to caution others.
