I've never had video game burnout but these past few years I've been so close . Then I bought the steam deck oled and wow as a busy full time working dad this has rekindled my love for gaming .the busy man's pc definitely.
Appreciate the video bruh, ive had my SD oled for over 6 months now, ordered the mumba blade case too. Its definitely the more balanced handheld gaming device
Chris Tyler, I'm in full like-mindedness with the kudos and overwhelming positivism you've been blessed with here in your comment-section. Your chill delivery, well-done editing, and unforced persona are so welcomed in a field of content creators who so often miss those marks. Well done man, and here's to you and to the future of your channel Brother!! We'll be watching.!! CHEERS!!
Good to hear how good this product is. I remember getting caught up in the hype when it first was announced, but haven't followed how it's matured since. I have never properly owned any gaming device, but this one is enticing if I should ever afford one. Very well put together video!
After seeing how high quality this video is I’m definitely subscribing. Your review was amazing, and again really high quality. I also have a steam deck OLED and my experience has been perfect, you should definitely try Persona 3 reload it feels almost tailor made for the deck
Also a great review! I'm literally inside waiting for UPS to deliver it already lmao but I made sure to leave a like and subscribe for you :3. One note about it other than other features of the OLED; the haptic touchpads are a godsend to me personally. No other console has them so despite it being a little less powerful processor wise; it's an unrivaled emulation machine, oled screen which are goregous, and has those mousepads for the strategy and "menu" games. Shooters are also awesome to use it with the joysticks for precise aiming. I handled the LCD one at work and was so impressed by it that I had to try the OLED for myself. I almost imagine it'll be my main device for everything expect for really high end stuff/competitive games that my desktop can handle lol
It’s my daily driver I don’t use my switch or Xbox anymore idk play competitive or high end games but I’ve run some fairly new games on this thing without much trouble and almost always at medium to high graphics locked to 30 fps which is just fine for gaming
damn!! didn't think this was made by someone under 10k subs... the quality of your work is too good, definitely deserves more views too!! keep up the good work man, you're going somewhere
Great Video Tyler, maybe a small idea, but you should get a proper microphone, you have a great voice but the micro isnt picking it up in a proper quality. I think with that your channel will blow 10 fold :) Have fun with the steam deck and thank you for sharing.
i personally don't buy my steam deck oled for heavy 3d games. If I want to play these types of games, I personally play it on my pc or ps5, and defently playing this game is way more fun with 55-inch oled tv and surround sound. I buy my steamdeck, especially for 2d games, strategy games, and emulators. And this is where the steam deck really shines. I dont know if it's really just me, but steam deck gives me a nostalgia vibe, just like nintendo game boy, something no other pc handled consoles can do it, even if they are stronger than steam deck. Also, my favorite game in the steam deck is octopass travelers, i have fun a lot with this gam.
Im stuck between SDO and Ally x but your video helped me since I am leaning more on comfortability + performance. Yes the ally x has more power graphics wise but I can just go to my pc for AAA games. SDO is a better choice to just hop in and play without any problems.
I think the only way windows can work on a handheld is if Xbox makes their own handheld Xbox gaming system which I doubt they will do as that would be beneficial to the consumer and they definitely are not consumer friendly 😂
From what I experienced it’s one of those situations where it gets better the more you play it but it requires patience at first. It’s a pretty huge game, I honestly recommend xenoblade x for the deck instead.
Holy cow, not even 300 subs yet?? Keep it up man, you'll get there in no time with this kind if production quality. What kond of camera and mic do you use?
how did kingdom hearts run after awhile on the deck due to the issues with the pc version and amd gpus its an absolute mess people tell me to stay away but deck users for some reason it just works
@@christylerplays I did, brother but out of all the emulators I checked this one, Ps3 and 360 leads me to a dead end. But I understand the reserved nature of your answer.
@BaNeArroW I was being sardonic lol. I never really use my credit card expect for online purchases that get paid off instantly (safer) or my phone bill for the cashback lol

This video is what I expect from a 10k subbed channel, it’s great, really well edited. Concise and human, awesome stuff my man :)
Wow, that’s great to hear. Thank you and I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Glad I could help :)
I have multiple consoles (new and old)
I got the steam deck 2 months ago… have hardly touched any of the consoles since.

I’m getting my OLED soon and I’m very excited to begin emulation! I just hope it’s not as difficult as some people have told me it is.

New Sub keeps the content coming!
Will do!
I LOVE THIS😭😭😭

How does Xenoblade Chronicles 3 perform on the Deck? Debating whether I should port it to my Deck Oled.
From what I experienced it’s one of those situations where it gets better the more you play it but it requires patience at first. It’s a pretty huge game, I honestly recommend xenoblade x for the deck instead.
Wait are you telling me that KH is one of your favorite games? I find that hard to believe!
Just so you know, the screen wasn’t glossy, because you bought the 1TB with etched glass screen. The 512gb would have been glossy.
Yup one of the reasons I got it

Hold up, how did you manage to get the Switch emulator to work and roms. Hoooow?!
Just do some research it’s not too hard
