Thanks for the comment Eamon. A number of the IEVOA members say the same thing. We need an EV Car and Van Rental company along with an EV Taxi company!
Fleets stand to make a big impact on EV adoption... imagine how many tradesmen and contractors will suddenly realize the joys of all-electric driving and consider an EV for their personal use. Great to see models like this and the new Ford Transit BEV coming to market ⚡👍
The only un-announced major market that Tesla haven’t shown their hand is small-medium vans. They will 100% be entering this market within 3 years and their battery/charging tech might be the differentiator, as ever.
@@NevoEVReviewIreland 100% and LDV might get first mover advantage here. More and more Amazon deliveries are being done by diesel vans. An Post have a Nissan EV van which is great to see. Parcel delivery around suburbs is made for electric vehicles.
Great to see this because I have not seen anyone else review this sector, which is very important for plumbers builder and service company’s. One question, is there enough room between the wheel arches to load a standard pallet? Enjoyed your review, thank you.
Thanks for the comment Jodie. Between the wheels arches is 1380mm. The standard size UK pallet is 1200 x 1000mm so should be all good as long as there's not too much overhang on the pallet load.
Thanks for your review - it was helpful - we are thinking of changing 2 vans to this one. I would have also liked to find out more about 3 pin plug AC charging where you may be working on site for 7 hours during the day - do they supply this capability or is it a cable / accessory choice? Lastly, how tall are you ? Is the driving position comfortable for someone 1.85 m tall ? Thanks and keep up the good work :)
Thanks for the comment DC Various Vids. You're correct. I'll include more dimensions sizes moving forward. I couldn't find the load height of the bed but the max load height is 1,710mm.

Derek, I hope the rental companies purchase these mighty vans as I rent from time to time. Great review, Eamon

Thanks for the comment Steve. The new Ford e-Transit looks great but why do we have to wait so long for more competition!
Great review but finish your lunch the next time 😂. Did I see an electric minibus based on this platform too?
Thanks for the comment Patrycja. I know, good manners never to speak with your mouth full. Yes, LDV have a minibus version of the EV80 too.

Thanks for the comment Stuart. The more competition the better!

Thank you, should work for me.

Not sure it's still available, replaced to the MAXUS e-Deliver 9. Which country are you based?
@@NevoEVReviewIreland there’s a few still about in the Uk ldv ev80 but I am a bit worried about quality and dealer support …
Load height of bed and max. load height would be handy.
