  • How do you Own the Room?
    This is a skill. Skills take time and practice. So yes, you CAN OWN THE ROOM and here are my best 3 tips to OWN THE ROOM.
    WARNING: these skills will help you in the Group Fitness Room, but it will also help you way beyond just this room. Don't be surprised if you start having a different swagger when you walk into business meetings, group gatherings, book clubs, etc.

    1. Confidence. 2. Bring the energy -welcome, inviting. 3.connect with people- build rapport- acknowledge folks coming hi, say your name , class what class purpose acknowledge what you are doing- nugget that connects them -doesn’t matter if new or return , say they are where they need to be - 🥰

    that was very helpful , i'm like super exciting when i see that U put a new video , all of them were big help , but i want to know what cues or words that U use through the class to encourage and push people to do the moves or to continue that last reps !
