Whats the big deal with type c? My 3 year old phone got one at wla aqng n notice n difference, if ur coming at nasanay k sa flagship phone, mki2ta mu tlga difference. Wash out ung screen ng y9 at noticeable ung pg ka sluggish nya. Camera software came a long way since the release of the phone way back July 2019 and it is improved with the newest firmware update, the very last of the EMUI 9.1 update, and the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019's are receiving its EMUI 10 (Android 10), India and Kenya already receiving the update as we speak and perhaps southeast asian countries are next.
My phone died in worst possible moment. I was on the trip in Ghana. I bought this phone for 220 usd (in Ghana cedis). Now, I don't want to take another phone. For that price, I am very very satisfied and can recommend it to anyone who may be interested in buying in this price category.
Bought one yesterday and I can say that it performs smoothly in doing regular smartphone tasks, hasn't really tried it for gaming since I'm really not into smartphone gaming. Battery is decent, can probably last you a day or even more. Charging is fast ! But not as fast as smartphones with the fast charging feature. You don't have to overnight charge (which can save you electricity). Camera is in the middle, its not that bad but its not that good. I would say decent for the price. For me, worth it yung pagkakabili ko ng phone na Y9 prime!!! I am a gamer type of person. Tsaka 3 days na hindi ako nagcharge ng phone (every night naglalaro ako then surf the net for 4 hours or more) pero naka standby sya whole morning due to my work. Amazing battery life! Sa camera ok naman sya, pwede na ring pang social media yung kuha but I am not into selfies kaya I don't care much about the camera's MP. Then sa speed OK na OK. Overall ang ganda nya for a midrange phone.

Returning my Y9 Prime 2019 device today problems with downloading film quilty blury even if it's in 1080P HD , also overall phone fills cheap, back plastic Creek's as well it's a no-go for me two many devices out on the market skip this one.

I bought this phone few days ago. So far ok naman siya pero napansin ko lang na may blurr sa camera ng messenger sa taas at baba ng screen, rear camera. I dont know kung sa cp yun or sa app itself.
Madami akong naka open na apps and wala naman siya problema sa pagrrun ng apps, wala rin lag. May init ng konti kapag matagal ka naglalaro ng games pero okay lang naman po :)
