50:21 It was Clutch. I was a CG fan back then because I was an Envy fan when I first started watching League. Apollo & Hakuho are one of my top 3 favorite bot lanes in LCS history.
To meteos' point, I just looked up lucian passive, and he gets the empowered autos when enemies get cc'd in addition to when he gets healed or shielded. Obviously a cc happens less often that a heal, but the loss of damage potential from lucian + enchanter to lucian + engage is less that I thought.
Eyyyy, meteos calling for BO2s too. I've been wanting them for YEARS and I feel like I'm finally starting to hear other people who are pushing for them too. Cubby said the same thing
Now that transition times are shorter, there could be more games in a split. My idea is double doing robin, 1st round robin is Bo1, 2nd round robin is Bo3.

"You're more defined by your itemization than your champion" I'm not opposed to this idea either, even if it's more so leaning in to Dota2 I think that it's a great route for league to go in to. Every game I've played this season it didn't feel like I necessarily picked the wrong champion, more so I didn't build the right items for the match as a whole. It honestly feels freeing to be able to play the champions you like and adapt the build game to game. It keeps it fresh in my opinion because it still has to stem from the class of champions you're up against and paired with. I genuinely think this is what the purpose of items are supposed to be. I do think however that there is a large gap in the items that needs to be resolved and it's more counters to shields. Shields are creeping up in strength rather hard and there isn't really much to counter shield if not any, other than Serpent's Fang. I think we need to treat "anti-shield" like anti-heal. When they removed DFG, I think the balance team mentioned that something like 95% of players didn't use the active despite it being what 15% max health damage plus the damage buff? The vast majority of players can be extremely unaware.
Love having Meteos on the dive but he’s definitely wrong about Lucian. Obviously now that the double support items have been hit his power goes down but the eastern Lucians with the blood song build show how strong he is. Also Lich on Azir is insanely op and will become standard soon!
Lucian is fs a west vs east champ like Jayce, Jax, Fiora, have been forever. In the west his damage output later is so low because players arent as easily able to play in that short range safely while doing damage, in the east they play that line a lot better and get so much more out of the champion at all stages of the game, ik it didnt end well but think back in lcs when Prince first showed up, his Lucian was RUNNING games and seemed unstoppable compared to others.
It was actually more support players not changing runes than adcs. But also that excuse was really really dumb, if you looked at the winrates and play rates it was clearly a much bigger problem than just runes. 2020 c9 was weird because if you watch their games, they were genuinely good. They moved like a hivemind and were just always on the same page, but then come summer, that all went away. And because they couldnt make worlds, they changed their c9 formula which would be to win internationally. They focused on domestic success and the org hasnt been the same since.
