How to Install Jupyter Notebook using pip for Python 3 | Python for Beginners

i'm not quite sure what i'm doing wrong i have python downloaded, i have the get pip file downloaded but when i go to activate the command it says python not found ran without arguments. something about install from windows and check app aliases. i did the app alias thing someone said to turn it off but i'm still getting the error message. any suggestions?

What you haven't done is this.
When you install python at the bottom of the install page there is an "ADD python to path" button you have to select this otherwise the python command line will not work.
