More people should start abridging the crappy generic isekais, This is a pure untouched gold mine XD. Just like SAO Abridged all over again making them infinitely better
Most are 12ish episodes long with plenty of things to mock and are all base on light novels/mangas for more references. Plus any of them could use the "This is like so and so but with this!" Or "Another totally original series about your average japanese male in another world collecting hoes like he's collecting pokemon cards." Jokes.
It still takes some skill and finesse to mock material well. SAO I think is a special case since it has a decent enough story behind it, just told poorly...like really poorly in the original, the abridged tells it better by being self-aware of how the characters actually are, like an MC who is a sociopathic loner with a mary sue complex. Not every Isekai has the same ripe field from which to harvest such quality mockery.
... Okay, I get that isekais are pretty repetitive, but some of us happen to actually enjoy this stuff, so uh... I dunno, consider it an acquired taste or something, I've had a bit of a long day and couldn't come up with anything better on the spot. That being said though, to keep things a little more on the fair side, of course there's going to be faults... such as the er... abundance of isekai series... and the whole repetitiveness thing... plus, you know, the whole things about overused tropes and all that, though that CAN be said for other genres, you know, so those kinds of faults are a bit on the unfair side to judge them exclusively for, don't you think?

They couldn't name the tiger mittins. Because in the light novels they summon another feline. It is almost literally PUSS IN BOOTS! It's hilarious! They name him Dartanian. But always call him Mr. Mittens.
This is literally my favourite isekai anime, and I truly thank you for doing god's work. Women are super under represented in the anime abridging world and you've got the hard task of finding so many distinctive voices for all the brides. You're all doing a great job and all the girls bring an amazing and distinctive energy to the show and characters.
Gather round, gather round, you see before you the only *super fan* of this show, who considers it amongst their top three favorite anime. It's such a blessing to see this getting an abridging. This show was so close to vanishing into page 20 on the generic Isekai harem search results. To this day, it's the only light novel I buy every copy of, on release. It's very lonely being obsessed with this story.
The only issue I see is that canonically there's going to be a "Mr. Mittens", at least according to the official translation (dunno if that's the original name, but the fan translation also rendered it as such).
18:52 Impressive. 手袋 is definitely the kanji for "tebukuro," which does mean "glove" or "mitten" (手 = te = hand; 袋 = fukuro = pouch). I'm glad the abridged visual is consistent with the dialog, since they both needed to be changed if his name isn't "Kohaku."
In my opinion Abridging won’t die until.. let’s say 2030 at the soonest, but we started Yusho in 2017 so that’s a good example of new channels still starting all the time! Who knows, there’s lot’s of potential to this medium.
