I swear by the products from By Sarah thanks to your recommendations. I find retinol is too harsh for me but the Bakuchiol is amazing and the Vitimin c and e oil is amazing.

I recently bought the by Sarah maven cream as I've recently got eczema breakouts on my face...after trying numerous high street brands for eczema with no improvement I tried the maven by sarah moisturiser and I'm pleased to say its settling it down...

Very interesting video, just a quick question for you, can you use the Living M super retinol sleep cream if you’ve never used a retinol product previously. Thank you in advance.
Yes you can, but Living M advises - 'New to retinol: First two weeks, use 1-2 times a week on non-consecutive days watching carefully for signs of irritation. If your skin is comfortable after two weeks then start to slowly increase usage over the next two weeks building gradually to use every other night.' wearelivingm.com/products/super-a-retinol-sleep-cream
I swear by Trilogy organic cold pressed rosehip hip seed oil on an evening , smells a bit funky as it's organic but that soon dissipates and I can really see and feel a massive difference in my skin. Also enjoying thd Ark skincare range Defy for mature skin.

Opatra Soap. It’s really expensive, I use it for washing my face and shaving, it’s £35 quid a pop, but I got it on TJC shopping cheaper. Liz can I ask have you tried this soap. Thanks.

I’ve been using serums of all descriptions for my hyperpigmentation, they all swear they work, but none of them work at all. If anyone out there knows of something that does work please enlighten me.
