there seems to be a problem in the translation it says this "this is the word of a most honourable messenger" astaghfir-Allah its not the word of muhammad peace be upon him it is the word of Allah subhanahu wa taala conveyed by muhammad peace be upon him. change it to "indeed, the Qur'an is a word [CONVEYED BY] a noble messenger because the words of Allah subhanahu wa taala were conveyed by muhammad peace be upon him through the will of Allah subhanahu wa taala they are not actually the words of muhammad peace upon him

W salam, please read the Arabic words, and by the word messenger it means Jibrael (AS) who would bring the word of Allah. Also read the whole surah and you would understand what is being said and referred to.
