A game why you play as a person going around a mental help institute makeing people happy. It has some dark moment's in it and if your uncomfortable with things like teeth i wouldn't play it.
play it its waaay diffrent than what they said it was and the villan can be redeemed (in a actualy convinceing way) makeing it one of the best games ive played
