I have a 2012 Grand Cherokee my vacuum pump does work when I put 12 volts to it but when the car is running the 12 volts never goes to the pump I checked the fuse I changed the check valve because they told me that controls the vacuum pump cycling on and off but it still does not work so my vacuum pump never turns on but there's nothing wrong with the pump what do I do and does that vacuum pump run constant or turn on and off?
I have a question my question is this on that engine that you’re working on. There’s a vacuum line coming off of the plastic housing that the throttlebody is on if you follow the Plenum from the air filter towards the throttlebodyYou’ll see there’s a little fitting just before the throttlebody it’s a 90° fitting and it has a plastic line that goes somewhere I need to know where it goes. Thanks for your help
My brake suddenly went down till the end with no brake power, the mechanic told me it is the brake booster. After three days the brake start working fine but every while the brake go whole the way down. What do you think the issue with my Journey 2015 v6
Did you get an answer on this? When my engine is off, I press the brakes and it sounds like air coming out. When I start the car...I'll pump the brakes and it still sounds like air...I rolled tonmy drive way and pushed the brakes hard and I stopped with no problems...it just sounds like air everytime.
