If you want to get injured then u have to throw the ball just before u get hit constantly. Everytime my QB got injured was when he wasn’t involved in the main play.

My star QB missed the super bowl because I scored a game winning touchdown in the conference finals by scrambling with him
I tried this a while ago in Fifa 11 for both injuries and red cards (ejections). The game simply ends because there aren't enough players lmao
That's because of an actual FIFA rule. As soon as one team hits less than 7 players, the match ends.

I’ve had two QB injuries in Franchise mode. Both were in the playoffs and I had to start a 65 overall rookie for the SB because of one.

Haven't had a QB get hurt in actual play but have seen one get hurt in sim. Also have seen it a few for ai QBs, especially for a game when their star has like 2 attempts and then the backup has a ton for a game, before back to the starter the next week or so
I had Mac jones get hurt for the season, same thing with Lamar. I guess you were unlucky. I’m on old gen so that might make a difference

My Lamar got hurt too. I run / scramble a lot with him. I usually run out of bounds to p[protect the ball. If you get tackled out of bounds, those hits rack up during the season and my Lamar got hurt in like week 12.
In my franchise the qb I drafted got hurt and was out for the rest of the season. His name is Brent McQueen and he was out his entire 2nd season. I didn’t realize how hard it is for a qb to be injured in the game. Now I know my luck🤣😭
I have yet to actually get an season ending injury or one for longer than like 6 weeks tbh. Did you just keep him during the injury prompt or something?
@nucleargandhi3759 I know this is an old comment but it does happen. Week 1 one of my best defenders got hurt was said it was a 35 week injury.

Back in madden 11. On a season my friend and me were playing. Our 3rd string quarterback went down in sb and kicker came in for the last drive. Not sure it's the same.

Did this in an older version of Madden (maybe 2019?). After the 3rd QB gets carted off, the game crashes. It didn’t seem to have the programming to put in a WR or K.
It just crashed to the home screen and had to play that game over.
Try this with wildcat where the qb isn’t receiving the snap

one thing that i found helps is hurdling because the d line basically body slams you to the ground- thats how my qb in franchise got hurt

There was a glitch in madden 25 where the raiders qb literally couldn’t get injured, he would have literal broken ribs and be in for the next play.

I think the only qb I've injured was Justin Herbert in Madden 22 (was only a bruised sternum, but still)
Set the defender’s hit power, strength, toughness to 99. Get a friend to play defense and hit stick every play
Try testing this theory out with a defense against a 0 overall team

Yeah and make sure they are smaller and weigh less then all of the opposing defense, as well as giving the defense 99 hit power and tackling etc

In the NFL, unless your are the Saints [Taysom Hill] or the 2020 Broncos, I think you'd see a punter play QB. Like Tom Tupa back in 99 for the Jets.

I have never got all 3 of my QBs hurt in Madden, but I did do this on ESPN NFL2K5. I had to start a divisional round playoff game with a punter, then he got hurt, barely got the Win. Then Played the AFC Championship game with my Kicker at QB lol

For the game you need to scramble to get injured because I was fantasy drafting on franchise and i scrambled and had to put drew lock in
if you turn the injury up to 99 they're less likely to get injured hens why when you upgrade your player and injury goes up they don't get hurt as often.
