Woah, this is so fucking weird.. I've watched this channel for coming on 3 years now and all I knew was that they started doing it when the country was in recession and industrial property was stupid cheap to buy/rent. But I've never seen another comment asking about how much it actually costs to rent a shed like this. Until today of all days, I come here with the intention to ask how much it works out per person to rent.. And then I see this comment asking exactly that.

Rent and bills etc. are split 12 ways but some people have more space than others and therefore pay more.

I'd guess renting a big industrial unit split between a load of lads isn't that bad in rural ish Ireland. There was a point after the recession where you could get places like this for paying the govt property tax and no rent, probably a bit tighter now as things have picked up.

I was at this the weekend me and a mate got a massive 1990 Volvo horse truck into a hay barn we had 1 inch of clearest from the roof to the top of hay barn and less room swinging the truck in also had no more than a inch from back to the door. 😂
I do custom campervan conversation for a living so that horse truck is becoming a home.
