With the world getting smaller and more turbulent, the time couldn’t be more appropriate for an iconic British satirical take on global events. Produced by Avalon (Taskmaster, The Russell Howard Hour, Catastrophe, Breeders, Last Week Tonight With John Oliver) throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, over 100 puppets have already been developed by socially distanced teams of artists ready for launch, including: Adele, Angela Merkel, Baby Yoda, Barack Obama, Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Boris Johnson, Boris Baby, The Johnson Dog, Brad Pitt, Camilla Duchess of Cornwall, Chrissy Teigen, Covid-19, Cristiano Ronaldo, Dominic Cummings, Dominic Raab, Donald Trump, Dwayne Johnson, Ed Sheeran, Elon Musk, Elton John, Emmanuel Macron, Greta Thunberg, Grimes, Gwyneth Paltrow, Harry Styles, Idris Elba, Ivanka Trump, Jacinda Ardern, James Corden, Jeff Bezos, Joe Biden, Jürgen Klopp, Kanye West, Keir Starmer, Kim Kardashian, Lewis Hamilton, Mark Zuckerberg, Matt Hancock, Meghan Duchess of Sussex, Melania Trump, Michael Gove, Michelle Obama, Narendra Modi, Oprah Winfrey, Piers Morgan, The Pope, Prince Andrew, Prince Charles, Prince Harry, Prince William, Priti Patel, The Queen, Richard Branson, Rishi Sunak, RuPaul, Taylor Swift, Tiger Woods, Tyson Fury, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, all falling under the show’s legendary gaze.
A next generation of satirical writers and voice artists are working with established talent to drive a new wave of ‘public service satire’. I have no idea how this individual rose to such high levels of notoriety and has mingled with presidents and world-famous stars and even has his own show in the US (where I reside). He really is about as funny as a home repossession!
I think it's because of the expected fake, hollow and ultra simple personalities expected as anchors for the biggest American TV shows. Corden just found out he was really good at it and I suppose the mixture of him being British and a bit overweight added to his charm for audiences as a friendly fun simple character to relate to.
We are all wondering the same thing!!!

He always said if a celebrities entire tv public reputation and persona is based on how nice they are, it’s to cover up how awful they are. Cosby….another perfect example. I had former co-workers many years ago in retail that would help Cosby and said he was the biggest entitled a hole they ever had to assist. And we all know the rest of his story.

I truly love this skit. James Corden is one of the biggest a-holes in Hollywood and abroad. Keith McNally is my new hero. He's the restauranteur who kicked out James Corden out of his restaurant and has banned him from all of his 25 restaurants for being rude to his wait staff. Keith McNally said that he would reconsider James Corden be allowed back in if he was to sincerely apologize to the wait staff and not him. I feel the same way about Chris Chibnall, I despise him. I will never forgive him for giving us Doctor Karen and The Timeless Children.

OMG I was so excited for a full length show and I only get 2.5 minutes.
Scientific research has shown that exposure to anything James Corden even puppets, for longer than 2 and1/2 minutes, will result in significant harm to the viewers and bystanders and as such. This is why all programs featuring James Corden are restricted to 2 1/2 minutes for public safety.

@@DolceVita if you invited him over for a movie night, he'd be the person who talks during the whole movie, slaps you on the back whenever he laughs and gets amazed and has to tell everyone how amazed he is at the special effects while you're watching it.
Then he hypes up the sequel to the point of you not wanting to watch it, and then he yells loudly that he is going to go to the bathroom for a poo and waves his arms around madly.
The whole time he has zero awareness that he's annoying the hell out of everyone.
