- Today I am going to show you how to change the screen on the BlackBerry KEYone. I highly recommend buying the screen in the frame, rather than outside of it (but replacing just the LCD shouldn't be too difficult to do if you have the right glue.)

Hehe, this is not "screen replacement" - this is "everything replacement". I have expected, you take out crashed LCD and install new LCD :-D But it's nice to see, how is keyone build and how can be disassembled :-) thank you
Poor design that is all. This is ancient design that everyone use 10 years ago. Black berry is falling behind. Or they want to make it difficult so you don’t fix it.

life saver.. thanks. I have 2 of these phones.. & my speaker was out on one, with frame bent on the other. - sit on it once it bends.. after pulling out the card I was able to roll the frame on a rubberized mini screwdriver handle to straighten it.
& also replaced the speakerphone chip I damaged when I tried to pop the top off on the other one, a while back, bc I thought it would just slide up, the way the chip slides out.
- if I designed this case.. the whole section would be a pop in slide mechanism. & there would be reinforcement on the frame near the buttons. other than that.. it's a pretty nice design.
Is there a way that I could take the board and everything out of a black AT&T variant and put it into a silver key one that way it will still work with AT&T and I'll be able to have the Silver version.. is that possible
Where can I find someone locally to replace the screen.? I tried ubreakifix and they don't feel confident with Blackberry Keyone repairs.

WOW, I WAS Stupid and didn’t realize I didn’t have to do all this. I wanted to replace the screen…and thought it was like an iOS device wheee u have to remove most of the screws to put a new screen in, but I ended up taking so long and confusing myself trying to remember all this ….u shoulda said completely disassemble!!!!!!!! The next video took two seconds to replace …ugh. I took apart a phone I’m having hard time reversing snd now I’m lost,

Changed my screen, and the phone powers up, but nothing on the screen. So I bought another screen, and same thing. I guess the motherboard is bad, or something???
Does replacing the screen entail replacing the keyboard also? Judging by the difficulty from removing it.
No, but it might be worth the $15-$20 to buy another keyboard to save some time and stress lol

No. That looks like major torture
4:30 get ALL THE WAY under the keyboard here.
If you only get half way down YOU WILL PERMINANTLY DAMAGE YOUR KEYBOARD by prying it in half!
If you see a white liner, GO DEEPER!!!
