However, if Big Phil did think that he could resurrect him, and he can do a job on the left wing and dove-tail with Jefte, then it could work for Rangers and the player, as long as the salary is reasonable and Rangers think they could get him clicking again and then sell him on in the Summer for a reasonable profit.
Money outlay wise, Kent is the worst signing in Rangers history. £7million on a young player with potential and he leaves for free a worse player than when he signed.
