Okay I'm confused if it is a government agency that's one thing and that's private. But if it's a school or a public works that is supposed to be public records. Births and deaths are all public knowledge or supposed to be. Not to throw any harshness against these people and their parents but their parents if they heard there was an older sister it's really their fault if they didn't look for that sibling. Because if they had checked the records they would have found a lot of babies were born that day to that parents. Just saying the off the scale dumbassery that some people are these days are just ridiculous😅 you just got a think or yourself man you can't just assume that people are telling you the truth.
