I love the small bots. My collection in built around the Legends Class scale. I feel like a lot of them strike a good balance of clever, but not too complicated transformations. Cyberverse Commander Blackout for example. I also picked up DX9 Hulkie (Devastator) a while back, and he's a lot of fun. If you don't mind a bit of extra kibble on the arm bots, he can switch between all 3 modes (bots, vehicles and the big guy) without the need to take off any parts. Not even Combiner Wars Devastator managed that.
The Starscream playset is the fighter vehicle from DotM, along with a base? mode and a "flying aircraft carrier" mode. It is positively DAFT. I love it so much.
8 Perceptors, you forgot the little Cybertron Cyberverse Repaint guy. You only seem to be lacking the G1 and Armada one, less they were in with the Energon versions. Big Yellow Bee kinda reminds me of Pretenders Bumblebee.

yeah thew you are right about the starscream, there were like 4 little mini playsets released during dark of the moon, optimus and megatron both combined with their trailers to super modes while bumble bee and starscream both got those weird little ship things with them, they retailed for like 15 bucks state side, pretty neat to be honest. oh and your original transformation of starscream was correct :D

Armada Perceptor is the Scooter, Skateboard, and pedal bike.
Energon perceptor is the Hover thing, motor bike, and ATV.
That's 8 perceptors actually. There are two minicon sets who become perceptor

the Takara watch robo is from Microman, not Diaclone as that line only has robots turn into vehicles.

Stability issues aside, I prefer the RTS Perceptor because it didn't feel like the G1 toy downscaled and better proportions.
Quantum Surge I feel like the TR Perceptor has the better proportions, but I still prefer the RTS one cuz it was a little more interesting I think.
