For those asking why they wear same clothes again, they are different in color and it's common for those wearing uniform to just change colors every performance. This like happen since way long ago. Unless u r new to kpop. And this is just even pre debut.

They got invited to perform at the stage not where they actively go on show to promote. Usually when you debut you go to as many music program as you can not to mention going to all sorts of event. But atm their popularity was high enough that producers/fans wanted them to perform on their stage. They aren't exactly promoting atm. This was like a teaser song.
