Bought some merch today! You both dont always allign with my gaming tastes, but I absolutely love youre approach and attitude towards game sin general. Very awesome to see your stuff
So excited to see a new video in this series! It’s one of my favorites! Small Talk being the Favorite (hint hint) 😊. Great list of games and as always, great reviews and commentary! The ones that interest me the most are Endeavor Deep Sea (I preordered it), Lone Wolves, and Wild Gardens (I mean I need that Media Pack! ❤). I am really glad you will never run out of content for this series! 😅
My journey with Vale of Eternity mirrored yours. I looked past it until this past GenCon when I signed up for a demo and holy cow what a surprise. I’m NOT a TCG fan, but these cards were easy to understand, created fun combos, and the best mechanic of all was how the money economy worked. It was such a fun puzzle figuring out what order to do things. Great game, 8.5/10, and with the expansion coming out soon, potentially going higher.
Maggie might enjoy that on the back of the cards with the scoring conditions in Tir Na Nog there is a summary of the myth the card is named after. Super fun little detail for them to include. Tir Na Nog is the current obsession at my house. We absolutely love it.
Not a point for most people, but Endeavor Deep Sea is completely plastic free. I don't know how they'll tackle this in retail, but it was a selling point for me. Even the inlays (including player trays for a faster setup) are free from plastic but are as functional. This did really surprise me and I hope to see this more often.
Have you ever shared how you come to your ratings? Do you have a structure etc for how a game ends up as a 7.4 instead of 7.3? It would be interesting to hear 🙂
Cool batch of games! My friends and I tried Wild Gardens and we had a blast! Good skill tokens in the early game are super useful. We found the routes on the autumn side of the board and iconography a bit challenging at first so having player aids would be really helpful. But the art is S-tier 💖I hope to try the solo mode soon!
This is so useful. I have so many games on my watchlist for Essen, I am just waiting for reviews to select which games I'm going to end up purchasing. So thanks!
I've found the solo mode for Endeavour quite tough to beat, only tried the first scenario so far and have always been a couple points of finishing objectives needed for a win. Will try the next scenario, but there aren't a lot of turns to be able to get everything done! Hopefully you can crack it Maggie!
I was thinking that when watching this - Skyrise is so far my game of 2024 by a mile, I’ve played it more times than almost any new game I’ve bought in the last few years! Now trying to work out if that means I’ll also love Nocturne or I’ll find it too samey ie why don’t I just play Skyrise
I played Metropolys years ago, backed Skyrise on the strength of it, backed Nocturne while I was waiting, have them both now and regret Nocturne a little
Good to know, thanks! Am sure I will play Nocturne soon enough as friends will get it but it sounds like I don’t need to rush out and get a copy. Skyrise is just that good :-)
Thanks for the video guys! Have you played Chandigarh yet? It's a new favorite of mine from the publisher of Flatiron & Ceylon, would love to see you cover it!
I backed nocturne and received it over the summer but have not had the opportunity to play it! I am so excited to play it but haven’t been able to bring it to the table.
That Lone Wolves game really caught my attention. I’ll have to see if anyone’s posted a play-through. On a side-note, there’s a comedy movie where a rock band of not-too-bright members names themselves “The Lone Wolves”, and someone points out that if you’re “wolves” (plural) you’re not really “lone.”
I played Lone Wolves at the Taiwan TOBE convention last weekend and it is SO GOOD. Really awesome game. Vale of Eternity is lots of fun but I need to play it more to see if it stays interesting. I had lots of fun but that is because my cards came up for my combos and I won 3/3 games. Would it still be fun if the situations were reversed? Tirnanog is one of the highest games on my Want to Play list. It looks really awesome. Nocturne is BEAUTIFUL. I will need to try to play this one sometime. Lots of very interesting games here.
I really like your videos. But I wish they weren't an hour+ a piece:/ 70 minutes for 10 games. I don't have that kinda time in my life 😆 Great videos though. 🖤✌️
Personally, I have no problem whatsoever with this series never ending! Thanks for another video, ladies.
Turning on my computer and seeing a new 10, out of 10 made my day!! Thanks! I love this series.
Love this series, please make another 20, 10, out of 10's! The short reviews with your humor and great energy are wonderful to watch. 🤩
Thanks for the praise on LONE WOLVES

Thank you! There it is: another 10, out of 10! I really enjoy this series and that you rate all the games.
Hey Amy! Look out! There is a wolf behind you! 😀

I'm glad you discussed how Tír Na Nóg could work as a solo game! The puzzliness sounded lovely to me 😊
Hooray! 🎉 love this series thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind-the-scenes to bring us these videos I absolutely love them!
Who can keep up, indeed. I always enjoy these 10 out of 10 videos, though. A highlight of my feed.

❤ this series... sometimes it saves me money... other times not; I feel better informed either way 🦋
Oh wow, Wild Gardens was not on my radar.. sounds right up my alley!
I'm happy to know this is a hamster wheel because I don't want it to end
Thanks so much for this. I’m very excited for my copy of EndeavorDS to arrive now!
Great video! I'm very excited to check out some of these games at Essen next week! Especially Tir Na Nog sounds very interesting.

Matt has come up with several more punny chicken names for the Flock Together expansion!
This is so useful. I have so many games on my watchlist for Essen, I am just waiting for reviews to select which games I'm going to end up purchasing. So thanks!
Games I am hoping you will cover👼👼👼: Flatiron, Civolution, Black Forest, Res Arcana Duo, Andromeda's Edge, Shackleton Base, Daitoshi, Seti
Thanks for another fantastic video! Always appreciate hearing your thoughts. 🙂

silver lining to this series: you wont ever run out of content to make. its a good problem to have
The spatial bidding in Nocturne is like Skyrise (based on the much older Metropolys), which I think is a cleaner and ultimately probably a better game

Love this series! I was considering picking up Butterfly Garden and hearing your thoughts was very helpful.
I absolutely love Cities and Lone wolves looks like so much fun!
If you like lone wolves, try critters at war it is a re-them of air, land and sea.
Thank you for such a great video. I love your channel very much. You both inspire me to make more videos!
Endeavor: Deep Sea sounds pretty cool, I hope I can play it soon! (Better theme than empire-building)
Thanks for the video,
We will try out the new ENDEAVOR in Essen Spiel! If we get the chance
Thanks for the video guys! Have you played Chandigarh yet? It's a new favorite of mine from the publisher of Flatiron & Ceylon, would love to see you cover it!
Thank you! Perfect timing before Essen next week 🎉

Is Flock Together a coop co-op or a co-operative coop?
omg wild gardens looks like its exactly my thing... went to buy it but shipping to Europe is 47€ 😭
Is Lone Wolves available anywhere yet, specifically in the US market?
I'm curious, do you have a threshold where if a game is rated beneath a certain number, you must cull it? 🤔. As always, great video 😊
What version of Endeavor is this? Deluxe or regular?
Lovely video! Is there an overview of all games you have given a grade so far somewhere?
I forgot to ask if you have tried nocturne solo? I am curious how it plays at one.
Watching your video is very harmful for my wallet, love it.
How do you like Nocturne for two players?
Thanks for another great video in the series!
Sad I wont get to meet you at Essen, so happy to see more queer representation since I started 6 years ago!
