Thanks :) I often play by sheets, but I also learn a ton of stuff by ear. And I've been thinking of making a tutorial...I've been to lazy to make anything recently, but that's gonna change. I'm gonna add a few songs (probably "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey and "Rebirthing" and "Comatose" by Skillet...maybe "Fourteen" by Hawk Nelson) as well as a tutorial to this, so keep an eye out ;)
I played for two years and a couple months before ending lessons for a couple reasons...mainly schedule issues. This is a couple months after ending lessons, so I'm not nearly as good as I was.
I'm only 13...somewhat of a prodigy; I've only played for two years. If you really like piano, and start taking lessons, with a lot of practice you should be able to play really good within a few years. BTW, I love the guitar. If I ever pick up a second instrument, that's what it'll be.
