I’ve been to Carmichael last year, I was originally looking at Folsom, but Folsom may be a little out of my price range and I had a little bit of concern with the asbestos. How would you rate Carmichael on crime, I’ve looked at the stats but would rather hear first hand impressions, and how is the homeless situation in Carmichael and in particular on the American River trails? Any comments on nicer pockets vs more rundown areas of Carmichael? Headed that way soon. Thanks for posting this video, any help is appreciated.

Crime rate depends on what are of Carmichael you live in. As for the bums you have a few around but find most of them hand out in downtown Sacramento
They are cleaning up the mess now it’s definitely a up and coming area
