Lithium heparin se electrolyte kar saktay hai koi masla nahi. Blood transfusion ki baad koi asar nahi parta tests per. Kisi be waqt blood dai saktay hai.

Dear wo to known issue hai na. Misal ki tour per agar kisi ka hb low hai to blood transfussion ki baad thora values me difference ayega.
We take Sample only in heparin tube???
You can use plain tube as well as Gel tube also but lithium heparin results are more accurate.
