Great to see you doing R6 content again. Being Nuers dad, I might have a slight bias but I'm looking forward to see him at SI with 2 more years experience. OXG wins the group btw
YEEEES!!! 3 videos in a week that’s good, competitive siege doesn’t get enough attention and is very good to see content so frequent, btw have u ever considered to stream during the invitational?
The thing about this major is that there have been many recent coaching switch ups thay may influence that which lies between the lines. The mental and strategic influence is so underrated. Mint to unwanted, kangru kenny to dz, and budega to m80 fresh off cl4ls run. I hear your callout from last video, i raise you m80 super roster as the 3rd time charm
I remember spoit saying in a video that M80 has never made it out of group stage at majors/ S.I. I think it was a prediction vid for a major last year.
M80 with Spoit made it to the grand final of Gamers8 2023 and top 8 of the Manchester Major. They got fried every other time they played at an international event.
In my opinion you all value Secret too much, you can move Furia into that spot. I get it they had some struggles as of late but we are talking about the reigning defending SI Champs (plus back to back major winners) put some respect on them.
Secret could flop and Furia could return with a vengeance, but Secret has looked pretty strong at both majors, being eliminated in top 8 both times by BDS who made both grand finals, whereas Furia wasn't even in Montreal. I get what you're saying, but I'd say there are arguments for Secret, Furia, or Shopify placing 4th in this group.
I think the meta rn really fits secret. I am exited to see how secret use the blackbeard. Teams banned there Blitz-Monti combi but now you have 3 good shield operators. @MrPliesbruhbruh do you think Furia will overpower them anyway?
@@Nothing-f7m i do, the reason I say that is for a few reasons, even though Furia are technically the defending SI Champs after their lackluster performances I believe they are going into this with a chip on their shoulder. Not to mention as far as I can remember I haven't really seen them get shook by the shield Meta secrets like to play, and if anything they should be able to counter just like BDS was after that first Playday in EUL
I think one of the three favorite teams (Faze, W7M and BDS) will fall off of a cliff, I can also see one of the Apac teams (maybe Talon) make a deep run. We rarely see the results go in a logical predictable way and weird results always happen especially in SI...
The unwanted disrespect is crazy! I’m a huge C9BC glazer, but everyone forgets that Atom was going to M80 pre-buyout. Dream is a hugely underrated support play who mind you has placed 3rd at SI that’s insanely huge. Gaveni is a slept on entry, no one gives him the props her deserves id go as far to say he’s on the same level as spoit if not better he’s just not as flashy. Id say he was the 2nd best player on ex-C9BC not Dfuzr. Spiritz is an extremely underrated player and has been his whole career. Dude is very flexible and to me he’s modern day Eclipse. Extremely consistent not always going to top numbers but will get the job done. Hotan is a wild card yes. Guy how that dream is there to take shields and HB from him we know how good he can be (single handedly carries MRG to a major). He alongside Gaven, and spiritz were picked by Fett for that major winning team. With all of that said everyone has been sleeping on this team. I think they’ll shock everyone
There are reasons to think Unwanted won't get grouped or even to be excited about the team, but there are also many things going against them. They lost both Gunnar, the Manchester Major overlord, and Dfuzr who was another key member of the team. Even with those 2, they failed to replicate what they did in Stage 1 and didn't qualify for EWC or Montreal. They picked up Dream and Atom, who certainly aren't slouches and both have T1 experience (Dream has a ton). But they both had sort of mediocre performances that led to them being dropped. Plus I'd say there is a little bit of uncertainty about roles, at least from an outside perspective. So while I will be rooting for them and think it's very possible they do well in their group, I find it hard to be filled with confidence.
didn't secret beat faze at their only recent match? I only remember their Swiss match in Manchester where secret won but I don't think faze are winning the head to head
This Secret team (with Miracle instead of Virtue) has beaten this Faze team 100% of the time (a single best of 1). So yeah not "consistently" but they did beat them.
Ok just don't ask your 2 friends to not do theses types of videos with you bc clearly they don't know wtf they are talking about especially the last guy who put VP in 4th over both OxG and SSG 😂 like bro what??? Both of them are on crack clearly and both of them clearly under estimate VP. Bc did they forget that VP won against SSG???? Didn't they not forget that VP made a huge comeback last event and stole the game from them??? Like what are they talking about haha just don't ask them for their opinions anymore bro.

Despite my predictions, I would enjoy seeing OXG have a great event
Hi Nuers’s dad, I agree!
Makes me so happy to see this channel flourish. I subbed when you were still under a thousand. 5k is around the corner dawg!
Big numbah on the way. Thanks for sticking around.
Everyone always sleeps on virtus pro
Those are my guys

Love the content, bro. You definitely deserve more views
Thanks man

As in you think M80 is going to do well?
@@highgroundr6 Yep! Third time's the charm!
I remember spoit saying in a video that M80 has never made it out of group stage at majors/ S.I. I think it was a prediction vid for a major last year.

Everyone says VP's map pool is bad, but it's enough to play (and win) bo3s. They may struggle to go full distance in bo5 ig
Would love to see you do a top 15 players in the invitational in order. I know it’s difficult but I think it’d be amazing

Spiritz is like the best shield player in the world too on top of it

Furia at 4 is ridiculous tbh
But what could I do?
I put razah in top 2 in group C. I just feel like they could do it.
I'd be quite surprised to see them above 3rd, but I suppose it's possible.
Hopefully we dont see Montreal Adrian at S.I. I have secret as my second seed and i dont think im going to change that
He did have an unexpectedly brutal showing

any updates on the picks from the last video
I'm still going with the picks from the previous video, but this video does present some other options
Much appreciated bro thanks ❤
didn't secret beat faze at their only recent match? I only remember their Swiss match in Manchester where secret won but I don't think faze are winning the head to head
Secret did beat Faze, but it was in a Bo1 in Manchester 9 months ago
in head to head your friend say than faze beat secret consistently but thats wrong
This Secret team (with Miracle instead of Virtue) has beaten this Faze team 100% of the time (a single best of 1). So yeah not "consistently" but they did beat them.
