Lemon Juice of one lemon
Orange Food Color 1/4tsp
-Biryani Spice Mix (Powder)
Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1/2tbs
Cinnamon small piece
Nutmeg small piece
Mace small piece
Yogurt 2cups
Salt1tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Red Chili Powder 1tsp
Green Chili Paste 1tbs
-Whole Spices
Cumin 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1/2tbs
Cinnamon small piece
Green Cardamom 5pcs
Cloves 5pcs
Star Anise 1
Oil 1cup
Tomato 4medium
Ginger Paste 1tbs
Garlic Paste 1tbs
Water 1/2cup

Edit: Tried it. But Used Shan Special Bombay Biryani Masala whenever chef asked to use Masala. TURNED OUT DELICIOUS 🤤
I tried this but i have small pieces of whole chicken, it taste different than average biryani. Flavor is very good

I have few questions.
Chicken Tikka OR BBQ Biryani are same? Can we use Shan or National Biryani Masala? You did not use onions for the gravy,Why? Can we also use corriander leaves with mint leaves?

It looks the way I like but only with the colour on the chicken. In India in khidirpur they don't use the colour on the meat. So I am used to it. Thank you soo much 🥰🎉❣️
