The show consists of the five co-anchors debating topics in the news. Throughout each show they are joined by the best experts in their field and celebrtiy guests. The show is currently in it's twelfth season.

She's self taught too...started taking lesson's in 2007 I think that was the year.

@@AIKAN74 She starting playing then. She would watch James Cleveland. Her dad did try to get her a teacher, but when they would show up Aretha would hide. She is basically self-taught and played by ear for all these years. She could not read music. The reference to 2007 was when she decided to get some formal training.

Truly may she rest in eternal peace people think I’m weird for loving her in oppose to newer music because I’m only 12 but she was a gem in the music industry not only for her voice but for humour and her polite yet shady personality. She is the queen and so she will remain for ever I never got the chance to see her in concert or meet her but she will always be embedded into American history and will be remembered and loved throughout the generations to come. I feel bad for the people who’ve never heard her amazing voice, she’ll be riding smoothly to heaven in her pink Cadillac. 💔❤️

I love this extraordinary lady with all my heart!! So lucky to see her live in Oct. 2012, in Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, she was 70. What a dynamic show!! I teared up many times as I have been a fan since my young teens in the 60's.

@LucidDivinity This is a good looking woman, but even if she weren't, her talent far exceeds any size. Not everybody is supposed to be a tiny tot and many of us fans are tired of seeing the little people with their little talent and mean-spirited attitudes. No, Ms. Franklin doesn't need to lose weight, but if she wants to, that's her business! I personally find it vulgar to critique someone else's looks: NO ONE is so great-looking or in such great shape to criticize someone else's looks.
Aretha was a queen in her right and she had the position all of herself. She had a spectacular talent that surpassed many of her contemporaries of famous female vocalists. Aretha was a Queen of Soul music which transcended with all types of music. Diversity of music that's intensified with feeling and emotions from the heart has embodiment with tremendous Soul. My Heartfelt condolences is extended to the Franklin family. She endured a lot of heartache, disappointment and pain. Her weight fluctuated and since she loved to cook and eat this is why she maintained a large body frame. I saw her when she had a tremendous weight loss and I saw her when she had regained her weight. Her voice was affected by her weight fluctuation. I had followed her career ever since I was a little girl and whether Aretha was 120 pounds or 220 pounds she will always remain a dynamic and influential songstress of all time. Aretha will always reign as the Queen Of Soul forever more and a day!!!
