Even though this monitor is only 60 hertz at least you can use this for your intel arc A770 LE to play games in 1440p like hogwarts legacy or other demanding titles that run a lot better at 1440p than 2160p for single player titles that don't need above 60 fps.
Are you in Edmonton? I only ask because I'm looking at a posting on marketplace and somebody is selling a bunch of these for $130 cdn. Does anybody know if these have freesync? Edit: looks like just 60hz and no freesync. Would this be alright to game on? I'm in the market for budget monitors and this looks pretty good.
I’m Calgary. Well you will get a max of 60fps on the screen, which for most people is a target anyways in AAA games. I game at 60fps regardless, even on my 120hz screen This is my second one of these screens over the years and they work just fine for gaming There is a p24q-20 model that is 75hz. If you are worried. Maybe see if they have one of those
@@TechGuyBeau thats good to hear they work well for gaming. I've only ever really gamed at 60fps anyways on cheap crappy office monitors at 60hz, but this one looks really nice. 1440p would be a treat for my budget at the moment.
Dude, your review was just right to the point. I am considering buying this thing and I was wondering if you could help me out with the fact that is it good enough for a person who wants to connect his PS5 to this monitor and do just offline games ? No online or anything, just offline games, like RDR2 GTA COD and other stuff... it it satisfying ? It is kinda expensive in my country thats why I have doubt about it. Thanks in advance pal. Peace
Well the ps5 supports 4K as well. But it definitely supports 1440p now. Typically the system is targeting 60fps in modern demanding tittles, so yes this should be entirely fine. 1440p at this size it quite crisp
@@TechGuyBeau Thanks for the reply mate, one more question and I'll be good to go :)). Does the HDMI port on this device support 2K 60 FPS ? or 60hz is only possible through Display Port?
@@TechGuyBeau I was waiting for your confirmation, just ordered this monitor for my PS5. Awesome choice, here in my country which is Iran its price is about 120 USD. Second hand, very clean and functional without any issue. Thanks again bro.

Yep absolutely. I like to do hogwarts at 4K with a little xess. But there are certainly titles that would suffice at 1440/60fps
Can you comment on how sharp and smooth the text looks like on this monitor? Thanks!
Nice buy.
Can it turn vertically with the provided stand?
No unfortunately . Although you can mount the monitor

Bro i have same monitor can i overclock it?
Can u overclock it and use custom resolution on 75hz?
On this one I don’t think so. But the p24q-20’is natively 75hz. Look for that one
@@TechGuyBeau this variant doesnt exist in my country bro but thanks for the feedback
Does it have daisy chain?
Yes
Actually looks the same to the oled
It’s very vivid. The blacks aren’t as good but overall It’s a nice screen
Hi I'm in Calgary too, considering getting this monitor. If you found this on FB marketplace could send me your seller's shop address. TIA.
I think it was just a random guy.
@@TechGuyBeau Got the mnitor for $129 looks pretty great. Does lenovo offer a software similar to Dell's display manager?
