Flak Visier 33 for the 37MM Flak Cannon. Part 2 of the restoration process.

In this video I am trying to assess and figure out how far to disassemble this device. This reflex sight is for a limited licensed built version of the German 37 MM FLAK. Things I will be doing is determining how far I should break this down. Also, I am torn as to what color to paint it and if I should repaint the whole thing. 🤔 This sight does have one of the 2 sunshades but the secondary, darker one is broke. This could be fashioned. The first lens would be the same size as the 2nd broke one. Therefore I can use the existing one as a template. I can have a glass shop or someone in the know how tackle this. Soon I hope to bring the 2nd one home and clean and repaint it to for a matching pair! Just have to go to the barn find it and bring it home.
