You need to download Tuya Smart app. Make sure your phone is connected to home wifi. Press the start button for 5 sec and leave it when it's yellow. Open the app and register with your email. Then select add device, home appliance and vaccume cleaner from that and you should be able to connect to the device. Let me know if you have any specific question on how to connect!
