I have to admit this episode was entertaining to watch...I do have to say you make these builds look so easy and I know they need reasonable skills to get a result half as good as yours. Bravo. Great job. As usual.

To each his own but if I'm gonna fork out big money for an Optimus Prime, I think I'd go for the model that transforms itself.

They still made the matrix removable using magnets to keep it in place even if it has to stay in place because of the electric cable powering up the LED inside it.

Fantastic build, I knew it was big but wow, that shot of you standing up putting in screws to the top of the body....it's nearly as tall as your torso.

Hi Wayne, great video as always. I have to be honest, Optimus Prime (both versions), Dalek and Gauntlet are not my cup of tea. So technically for once you don't need the display base at all. Seen as how the halfscale Optimus Prime can stand up/hold his own weight 😁😉🤓🤖💁♂️💭💡

Big question for you, though: when you display this, are you going to put him in an action pose or just a standard standing pose?

At the moment Terminator is slightly taller but the Alien build towers above it
@@WorldofWayneUK It wouldn't be a bad idea to have an unlikely "transformers VS alien" crossover on the table behind you, although then you would have to remove a lot of stuff to make room for it.

I got my full kit last week and have it mostly built, but I had a faulty shoulder part so can't finish the kit off until I get the replacement.
Is the magnet issue the wrong numbers in the instructions lol? I noticed that when doing the weapons.
I.didnt have an issue with the magnets. It just the the magnets and the blank metal pieces look exactly the same lol
@@WorldofWayneUK I think you missed 2 blank metal pieces for the magnets in the chest piece. The chest piece had 4 magnets to close it and the 2 blank metal pieces you can glue in the head piece you put in around 47 minutes
Do you get the base with the full build ? I did try to find out from the website but I couldn't find it.
@@WorldofWayneUK ahhhh OK lol, my issue was looking at the codes for the parts told to use and unless I'm utterly blind, one number doesn't exist lol. It tells us to use that number, but I don't seem to find it anywhere in the layout at the beginning 😅
@@michaelcampbell1910 it was next to all the other options when you scroll down the page for Prime, it's the one on the far right. But maybe it depends on your territory, I'm UK and got it fine?
