- Kinokuniya, a renowned international bookshop chain from Japan, established AsianBasis Commerce DMCC in UAE as the online retail arm of Books Kinokuniya group.
The store in Dubai Mall is a massive 68,000 square feet wide paragon book gallery which stocks more than half a million books and thousand magazines in English, Arabic, Japanese, French, German and Chinese at any given time.

Absolutely excellent video!! I gave it a thumbs up, but really this video deserves at the very least 10 thumbs up!!! As far as I can tell, this may be the only video specifically devoted to this bookstore. In other words, you have done something no one else has. I remember towards the beginning of the video, when you were near the Computers and Engineering section, at that time you kind of passed by it. Around that time I kept saying to myself I sure hope World Walker gets back to that section .. and towards the end you did. Thanks for not skipping that section, that's like the icing to the cake, and you saved the very best till the end, in true cinematic fashion. This bookstore is going to be one of the major highlights of my trip to Dubai in the near future when I visit the World Expo; this bookstore is going to be at the same level of importance as visiting the Burj Khalifa. I will definitely spend at least 2 hours in this bookstore, if not more. Knowing me I probably won't have the control to keep it to 2 hours though. The interesting thing is the video almost ends with the Bhagavad Gita being shown; the funny thing is I was just about to read the Bhagavad Gita when I thought I would do a quick look at RUclips. Interesting coincidence. Thank you again for posting this awesome video!! It sure made my day, that's for sure. Excellent job!
Wow I am so glad you enjoyed the video! If it wasn't for you, and a couple of other peoples comments on my previous videos, then I would never have filmed a full video there because I didn't know so many people were interested in that specific bookstore. Just a suggestion from us book lovers- Please try not to bend the pages so much when you're " flipping through", whether you're buying them or not. Being someone who came from a place where books are respected as a source of knowledge this is very disrespectful.

I wish you would do more bookstore walk-through videos. I love how you pick up the books etc. No one else does that. I have muscular dystrophy so I never get to see anything in real life. I will do anything do you have more videos like this especially if they were longer because I love books
