    9:15 - I love the cow brush. Not sure why, but I think is fun to watch the cows scratching their backs.

    It's looking great...those headlockers would have been nice for the young PA farmers Colton barn ...idk what use you had for them but their barn had chains holding their cows in the manger...nice to see you Eric with a picture of you and him ...on his channel...you are his mentor and I think you Eric are a great mentor to him ... awesome 👍😎

      He has a tie stall barn. Eric has a free stall barn. Tie stall barns are becoming a thing of the past nowadays.

    I watch your vids with my kids every night before bed. We really enjoy watching the cows and tractors. But we have been missing you finding drinks in weird places. It always gave us a laugh when you did that. Please keep it up

    The drain between barns will work great. Until the seed takes hold you should wrap the gate in some filter fabric do you don't loose the dirt down the drain

    I'd watch a cow brush live stream. For some reason it's fun to watch them scratch their itches. :)

    Looks good. You’ll like the stainless. Much easier to keep clean as well. I’d fasten those sides though or they’ll bend that up over time.

    Grate video the new barn looks amazing. You would of thought that the builders would of cleaned up the sight when they had finished. It's just like doing half a job if you know what I mean. Looking forward to seeing the next video. Take care Regards Richard

    Be careful still with copper sulfate and the stainless. It's still not 100% maintance free. If you made the new pan with 304 stainless you should be ok just rinse after use and neutralize the acid. Weakest point for corrosion would be the welds depending on what filler rods the shop used and it's carbon content. Hopefully they used SS316 L for welding.

    I was happy to see you using the loader and pitch fork to work on the scrap pile. Old wood and metal sheeting is a haven for Copperhead snakes.

      There is a sign in my bathroom that reads no job is complete till the paperwork is done! Least they could have done was had dug a hole and burned it

      Most farmers do not want to pay for a dumpster if they can burn or recycle. It's easier to get a dumpster.

    Fun fun fun. Yes I've been dismantling and de-nailing an old shed for awhile. It's like a jigsaw puzzle taking it apart...have fun!

    I also work with my dad. We’re business partners. Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the way you guys work together. I know it’s not always easy. And sometimes there are disagreements that are tough to navigate. I obviously don’t know all the details of your situation but it’s nice to see these improvements happening. I suspect your dad greatly respects your opinion.

    We use two footbath, generally when cows hooves get wet they shit, so the second is a less concentrated mix and the first has a high mix,

    A grapple bucket for the Skid steer comes in handy when you have messs like that to clean up. The new barn looks great

    Might need to put some straw bails around that drain until you get some rooting established if it comes a big rain all that toxels going to run down in that drain and you're going to have a problem straw bales we'll stop that

    Good job on your construction project. I am a retired GC. I like your "design and build" method. Make it all work for you. I think you are awful giving with the neighbors. They are getting a Bomb deal on free wood. Even though they are tearing it down. Used lumber is Very In Style.

      Used lumber from animal buildings is usually only good for building another out building. If you bring it in your house to use it will always smell.

    For the year I worked at a northern Vermont dairy as a manure hauler we worked on building an ice cream plant. We did .uch of the work in our free time.

    Agree with Nate and maybe put a piece of angle iron on each end so it is not attached by the floor but will stop them from pushing back and forth. You all no more than me.
